Purpose and voluntary use

Windridge.community is maintained with the help of resident volunteers. It is intended to help residents find neighborhood information, connect with the volunteer board, and access useful community resources. Use of this website is voluntary.

Residents may instead contact the board, property management company, government agencies, utilities, or other service providers through their established official channels.

Separate from property management and official channels

This is not the property management company's website and is not operated, maintained, or monitored by that company. Information submitted here is not automatically sent to property management.

Contacting the board through this website does not create a work order, payment, formal ACC submission, account change, violation response, records request, emergency report, or other official notice. Use the property management company's official service portal or contact methods for those matters.

Information provided for convenience

We try to keep community information useful and accurate, but it may be incomplete, delayed, or outdated. Recorded governing documents, official Association notices and written decisions, and information issued by government agencies or service providers control if there is a conflict.

Website content does not constitute approval, legal or professional advice, a waiver, or an extension of any deadline.

Emergencies and urgent matters

This website and the volunteer board inbox are not monitored continuously. Do not use them for emergencies or immediate safety concerns. Call 911 when appropriate and contact the responsible utility or public agency directly for urgent service issues.

Links to property management, utilities, vendors, social media, and other outside resources are provided for convenience. Those sites are independently operated and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of an outside service's accuracy, availability, pricing, or performance.

Submissions and responsible use

Do not misuse the website, impersonate another person, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, malicious, or highly sensitive material. Submit only information and files you are entitled to share. Messages may be reviewed by volunteer board members and should not include information that requires a confidential or privileged channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Windridge Estates Condominium Association, its board members, officers, committee members, resident volunteers, and website contributors are not liable for losses, damages, claims, or costs arising from use of or reliance on this website, delayed or failed messages, unavailable content, or third-party services. This provision does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Governing documents and changes

These terms apply only to use of this website. They do not amend the Master Deed, bylaws, Association rules, contracts, or legal rights and obligations. The applicable official documents control if there is a conflict.
